Make your Own Dried Fruit

Use the guide below to make your own dried fruit without all of the chemicals, additives, and preservatives. All you need is your oven!

Pineapple - Slice thin and bake at 175 degrees for 7 hours

Strawberries - Slice thin and bake at 160 degrees for 12 hours

Oranges - Peel and section the orange then bake at 160 degrees for 8 hours

Bananas - Slice thin and bake at 200 degrees for 3 hours


Make Your Own Organic Butter

This recipe is as simple as it gets. 2 ingredients and you can make your own pure butter at home with no added preservatives or chemicals.

Ingredients:

2 cups organic heavy cream
sea salt - to taste

Directions:

Process cream in food processor for about 10 minutes, or until it becomes grainy and separates.
Drain off the buttermilk and scrape the butter from the sides of the bowl. 
Put the butter in a colander to strain off the remaining buttermilk.
Rinse butter with cold water, gently turning with a spoon, until the water runs clear.
When butter is clean, squeeze off all of the excess liquid.

Store butter in ajar or bowl in the fridge for up to 3 months!
